The Ultra-Dynamics ultraWEIGH Beltscale is now available in Australia. ultraWEIGH is a single idler load cell belt weigher intended for applications in which cost is of major concern and a lessor accuracy than that provided by multi idler systems is acceptable
System Description
ultraWEIGH is supplied in kit form which is easily assembled on site. The cost is kept to a minimum due to the novel design which allows the reuse of the existing idler set.
The system consists of:
- Two load cell weighing module
- Two weigh carriage mounting assemblies
- Two Mounting beams for attachment to the conveyor stringers
- One display module
- One speed sensor
Installation
ultraWEIGHs novel design allows reuse of the existing conveyor idler set. Not only does this make installation very straightforward but also provides a significant reduction in overall system cost.
Precision
Typical operational precision of this system will be 1% for a correctly installed applications.
